A prepaid card is a plastic card similar to a credit card, but which does not hold credit. It is in fact a debit card, but with the functionalities of a credit card, and can be used wherever a credit card can be used, everywhere on the globe.

A prepaid card can be used at automated teller machines (ATM) to withdraw cash, in stores at point of service (POS) to purchase on the spot, or even online to purchase anything from any country.

Virtual cards are card numbers that are not embossed on plastic cards. They are still prepaid cards, but differ from the physical cards as they can be used online, or if added to your phone apps, can be used where tapping the phone works, whether at a POS or an ATM.

Anyone who receives funds through DluxPay can and will and receive a card.

A card will be automatically printed for you and sent to the address we have on file once your employer sends us the necessary information.

All we need a current and valid government issued ID, as well as proof of address issued in the 3 months previous to the application date.

Good news! When you pay your employees through DluxPay, you don't pay anything! We don't charge wire fees or sending fees. All you have to pay is your bank's sending fees for the funds transfer to us.

Receiving funds is free, and transferring them to the card is free as well. The cards themselves have certain fees set by the bank. We offer different types of cards. The maximum amount that can be loaded on a card is $25,000 a month. If your needs exceed this value, ask us about the special limits cards we offer.
